My rear driver side window stopped going up. At the door plug a multimeter told me I was getting 12v when the switch was down, but 0v when going up. I picked up a new switch assembly, installed it, and now it works. Other reasons your window may not work might be the door plug is not seated all the way, which I checked. Or the motor doesn’t work. But on mine, the window went down fine and using the multimeter leads to jumper the wires backward, the window went up fine. Leaving either a broken wire somewhere else or a bad switch. Luckily it was just the switch.
