We understand things don’t always go according to plan and there are a number of reasons to return an item to us. We try to keep it as simple as possible for both you and us.

Refunds and Exchanges
- We allow you to return your part up to 30 days after purchase for general returns.
- There is a 10% restocking fee on non-warranty returns.
- Items must be unused and will be inspected on receipt.
- Terms for warranty items are different than standard returns, see our warranty policy for more information on returning a warranty item.
- Items returned to us due to refused shipment or otherwise were undeliverable will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus any additional return shipping charges.
- Custom items are not eligible for return.
- All returned items must have an RMA number or they will not be processed for refund.
- Refunds can either be for store credit or applied as a credit to the original purchasing credit card.
- This doesn’t cover everything but should cover most cases. In all cases, please contact us.

Warranty
All items manufactured by Bad Gecko Off Road are warranted to be free of manufacture and material defects for the period of 90 days from original purchase date. Custom items are not covered by this warranty. Bad Gecko Off Road reserves the right to change or modify any of the products and their inherent physical and technical specifications without prior notice. Bad Gecko Off Road and affiliates assume no responsibility or liability for any errors or inaccuracies within. Products may not be exactly as displayed; prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. No claims to suitability or performance for a particular environment or use are made and users assume all risk for their use. This warranty is non-transferable and is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts only at the discretion of Bad Gecko Off Road. Any costs associated with removal, installation, reinstallation, shipping charges, and incidental or consequential damages are excluded from this warranty. Finishes and coatings are not covered by this warranty and will degrade over time. Also not covered by this warranty are damage due to improperly installed products, damage due to abuse or neglect, products that have unauthorized modifications or alterations, products used in competition, damage due to accidents or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use, and other wear items such as gaskets and bushings.
Bad Gecko Off Road also sells some items manufactured by other companies. In all cases these items are covered by their respective manufactures’ warranty. We will work with you to put you in contact with the manufacturer, however, we take no responsibility for those items.
